To my sweet Ella, in these difficult times 🧡

I was there the first time you opened your eyes,
blinking up at me like you already knew
that I would be your safe place,
your steady hands,
your first and forever home.

From the moment you could stand,
you have run toward the world,
arms wide, heart open,
believing in its goodness
before it ever had the chance to prove you wrong.

And I have let you run,
cheering you forward
even as my heart ached
knowing that one day,
someone will try to tell you
to be smaller, quieter, less.

They will try to rewrite your story
before you ever get to hold the pen.
They will silence your name,
erase your victories,
push you into the margins
like the countless women before you.

Let them try.

Because I will teach you how to be louder.
I will teach you how to take up space,
how to plant your feet and raise your voice,
how to fight for what is yours
with the fire of every woman
who refused to be forgotten.

I will be there when they call you too much,
when they tell you no,
when they try to clip your wings.
I will stand beside you,
holding you up until you remember
that you were born to fly.

When you were small, I carried you.
As you are growing, I will walk beside you.
When you are grown, I will fight beside you,
not because you need me to,
but because love does not step aside

Today's 🐸 ceremony was so beautiful. Deep healing. A powerful release. We carry so much, often without even realizing it. And we keep adding more, never pausing to let go of what’s already weighing us down. Eventually, it feels like too much to hold.

But surrender is everything. Letting it all go. Allowing ourselves to dissolve into Oneness. Remembering who we truly are beneath all the layers of who we are not.

It’s such a gift. So beautiful. So freeing. ❤️🙏❤️

Yesterday morning, I saw orbs flying around our da

Yesterday morning, I saw orbs flying around our daughter's room on her baby monitor. It happened again today, but now we have proof.

Our wonderful sitter and friend sent us this photo. While she was napping today, the orbs appeared again. At first, our sitter thought it was a spider or a spider web lighting up, but she checked after the nap and everything was clear.

Not sure who's visiting Ella, but they seem friendly. I hope to get more clarity on who they are at some point. I can only assume it's her ancestors or guides. 🤷🏻‍♂️

We have such weird but wonderful lives 🤣

Today, I had the profound privilege of guiding som

Today, I had the profound privilege of guiding someone through a regression session. She had lost her twin sister at birth, and through our work, she was able to reconnect with her sister in the "in-between" space. Without getting too much into the specifics, she found clarity on their connection, her life’s purpose, and the reasons behind her sister's brief life, among many other beautiful insights. She also had a heartwarming reunion with her 5-year-old self and connected with her ancestors, gaining a newfound understanding of their presence in her life.

It’s an incredible honor to hold space for individuals as they reconnect with their loved ones, their essence, and their ancestors on the other side.

I realized I needed this experience just as much as she did.

Back in early 2023, I lost a dear friend from high

Back in early 2023, I lost a dear friend from high school. Yet, she made contact almost immediately after passing. It was so crazy, cause I hadn't spoken to her in the past 2-3 years leading up to her departure. That said, she still came to me fairly quickly after passing away. That contact was enough to turn my grief into knowing that she was OK and still alive in the Beyond.

Last night, she came through in a dream visitation. It was so remarkable and real. It was the absolute essence of who she was in every way. I could say so much more about it, but I want to keep this somewhat private.

I know you've heard me say it before, but I'll say it again. We never really lose anyone. And it's SO beautiful to be able to reconnect with those who are no longer in the physical.

Serving this beautiful 🐸 Medicine is one of my greatest joys. I'll never grow tired of witnessing people's lives change. But it's not just about the Medicine. It's about the ceremony. Long before our guests arrive, we set up and clear the space. We ask Pachamama for permission to use the land and a variety of other important ceremonies before any of our sitters reach the land. We focus on the ceremony because it teaches us how to live our lives ceremonially.

I'm so grateful for this calling.
